The Tenth Doctor (May 1995 - October, 2003)
Played by Alfred C. Snider (DRTUNA), he is the third
Doctor to adventure in our sim world and the most popular. He first
displayed his love of sweaters, short beards and a decidedly scholarly
persona in Murder on the High Seas. Having just barely survived a
regeneration crisis thanks to the mortal sacrifice of the War Witch, his
existence is far more reticent and absorbed in the emotional aspect of
life. His shaky beginnings progressed with companion Ben Jackson at his
side. Eventually, he allowed bush pilot Tegan Jovanka to rejoin his crew
along with 25th century Earth Senator Daniel Delmin. As time moved on,
so did his initial crew. This Doctor has opened the TARDIS doors and
gone on to share his adventures with K9 mk 4 (who nobly sacrificed his
robotic life for his friends), Zoe Herriot (the 21st century Earth
programmer rescued from the dimensions), Brogan MacGill (20th century
journalist born to become a caretaker of the time sensitive Celestines
and interdimensional Time Trap Bar), Alex Keegan (former 30th century
Hegemonic guardsman and Coordinator of Mirabilis), Lane Stuart (an Earth
teen abducted and enslaved by aliens), Irish (an iindependent-minded
morphing cat) Jacie Hunter (Earth renegade, Dalek survivor and an
accomplished Space-Time Gypsy thief ), and Eos / Fred (an energy being
who saved him from oblivion by sacrificing herself and becoming human).
Where his adventures take him only the Matrix knows...

[First episode of the Dreams of Ancient Days Series]
In his tenth persona, the Doctor carries on in his adventuresome,
curious, and meddlesome ways. However, at the closing of the adventure
NO TIME FOR LOVE, clones of Rasillon and Omega, with memories stolen
from the Matrix itself by the Rani, reveal to the Doctor that long ago,
during his first generation, his mind was edited so that he would not
remember the details of the most traumatic event of any of the
Doctor's lives, the death of Loradneuropaea [Lora], his spouse and
Susan's grandmother. After a period of time of which the Doctor has no
recollection, he and his grand daughter Susan began their wanderings
long ago, in a TARDIS they didn't necessarily steal, but one that was
"left open" for them to take. It would be better for the
Timelords if the Doctor just wandered away. Now, after the clones told
him of this and were able to lift some of the editing of his memories
(just before they turned into puddles of organic good), those memories
are slowly returning to the Doctor. In his dreams he sees faces and
hears voices from that time. The Doctor decides to seek these faces and
voices and, eventually, to regain his memories and face up to a painful
past.

Rassilon's Child (5 parts)
Crew: The Doctor, Irish, Jacie Hunter
Plot by Heather Watts
On the 20th Century Earth campus of Cambridge University, Dean Elizabeth
Shaw has a difficult student in young Cameron, a brilliant scientific
prodigy. Working on Professor Alexander's team to develop instantaneous
spatial transport, the group transports an acorn to Mars 1842 and
inadvertantly disrupts the TARDIS' course thru the time vortex to the
Eye of Orion. The Doctor and friends trace the transported objects
forward a century and investigate the dangerous use of a time corridor.
When they arrive at Cambridge, they discover the experiment has lead to
a deadly accident killing one of the students and leaving Professor
Alexander unconscious. Dean Shaw seems most concerned over the
disappearance of Cameron and his strange obsession with opening the
dimensions of time and space. While searching for the missing student,
Jacie is abducted with a time stasis field and her blood sample stolen.
Irish reports the culprit to be Cameron who is intent on creating a new
kind of genetic virus similar to the one used on Gallifrey in the
Ancient Days. The Doctor catches Cameron trying to steal his TARDIS and
learns the boy is not an ordinary human but rather possesses the mind of
Rassilon. The TARDIS starts to demat away forcing Irish and Jacie to
sabotage it with an external temporal feedback that blows out the TARDIS
console. Cameron escapes but manages to snag a sample of the Doctor's
blood. He engineers a new regeneration virus to use on himself and on
Earth humans in hopes of creating a new superior race of timelords. His
first test subject dies and Cameron attempts to use it on Jacie
controlling her with the powerful mind of Rassilon. The Doctor, Liz and
Irish manage to break thru his forcefield barriers in time to save Jacie.
Cameron plummets to his death, regenerates into the body of Rassilon and
disappears, presumably banished back to his tomb on Gallifrey.
