Background

WHAT HAS GONE BEFORE: 
One year ago in normal space-time, the Universe endured the worst tragedy it ever forgot. in the supernova explosion of Odin's Eye the Doctor died. Upon returning to this Universe, the Doctor has found everything far from how he left it. Worlds are being oppressed and it is all the blame of his people. The so-called Central Authority controls all interstellar and intratemporal traffic. 

The Doctor and his companions arrived on 20th Century Earth and met with Doc Savage, his aids, and his cousin Pat, at the Folcroft Sanitarium in upstate New York. Their meeting was interrupted by 3 sinister people who attempted to kidnap one of the sanitarium's patients, one Impiccione Frate. When the attempt failed, the sinister 3 kidnapped Pat and disappeared. Leaving 3 of his aides behind to watch over Impiccione Frate, the focus of the kidnapping, our heroes have gone to the Leader's hyperspace lair to free Pat and confront the villain... 

THE CAST: POSSIBLE CHARACTERS

OUR HEROES 
The Doctor - [Tuna] - the wandering infamous timelord in his 10th regeneration has returned home to a time of temporal, universal strife. 

Irish - [Rob] - he Doctor's feline companion, with green fur, mental powers, a dislike for water and all things that muss his fur. 

"Fred" (Eos) - [David] - a member of the race of energy beings known as "The People". After establishing a rapport with Irish, she risked her life to save him and the Doctor. Now in corporeal form, she has taken the human name of Winnifred Stephanie O'Connell ("Fred" for short) for herself. '

ALLIES 
Doc Savage - Born Clark Savage, Jr.. He was raised from the cradle by scientists. He was trained to be at the peak of physical and mental prowess. He is the smartest man in the world. He stands over 6 ft tall, with sun bronzed skin and hair ( his haircut is in the form of a skullcap). He moves gracefully and has the appearance of the prime human specimen. He and his aides fight crime and right wrongs from his base in the Empire State Building. Immensly wealthy, he puts his wealth to use in fighting crime and helping the innocent. 

"Ham" - [Cody] - Brig. Gen. Theodore Marley Brooks. Perhaps the finest lawyer to graduate from Harvard, and certainly the best dressed. His nickname stems from an incident during WWI, when he was framed for stealing hams. He and Monk constantly heap verbal abuse on each other. They are also friends and would die for each other. Ham wields a sword cane, whose blade is tipped with a sticky paste. One cut will render most men unconcious for about an hour. 

"Long Tom" - [Duncan] - Major Thomas J. Roberts. The top of his field in electronics. He is of average height, is very thin but has a wiry musculature. He can fight like a cornered wildcat 

Pat Savage - [Jen] - Doc's first cousin. She is statuesqly beautiful, with the same bronze skin and hair coloring as her cousin. She loves adventure and comes along on Doc's missions whenever she can, though Doc constantly tries to discourage her. She runs a high class beauty salon to keep herself from getting bored. 

FOES AND OTHERS 
Agents of the Eye - agents of the Leader, aka Rassilon, they wear futuristic clothing and are equipped with futuristic weapons. 

The Leader - the newly corporeal host of Rassilon. 

BEGINNING

In the Lair (everyone but agents and Pat) 

Doc signals his aides to toss mini-grenades at the Leader, who shrugs off the attack, boasting of the force field which protects him. Doc tosses a white phosphorus grenade, which causes the force field to polarize, preventing the Leader from viewing their actions. Quickly, Doc uses his superior strength to open the gimmicked door. He lets his aides, Fred & Irish out, to find and rescue Pat, while he and the Doctor confront the Leader. As the door closes once more, Doc and the Doctor are faced with an angry villain. 

Middle 

Pat's Rescue (Fred, Irish, Ham, Long Tom, Pat & agents) 

Irish tracks down Pat to a holding cell. Fred and Irish break Pat out of the cell, while Ham and Long Tom subdue the Agents when they show up. They then make their way to the transport pad, to wait for Doc and the Doctor. 

Confrontation (Doc Savage, the Doctor & the Leader) 

Before the Leader can do anything more harmful than fume, the Doctor reveals his deductions as to the Leader's plans. The Leader confirms that he wants "Frate" for his knowledge. The Doctor informs the Leader he is too late. Frate has undergone the same process that Gallifrey is subjecting all renegades to...erasure of memory and personality. The Leader vents his frustration, then says that they are all free to go. He has no use for them. He warns the Doctor not to cross him again, then leaves the room. 

Ending

Return to Earth (the Doctor, Fred, Irish, Doc Savage, Ham, Long Tom & Pat) 

The Doctor and Doc meet up with their friends at the transport pad. They return to the Sanitarium Library, to find the agent's body gone. Now that Frate is safe, the Doctor informs Doc of his real reason for seeking him out. He needs his surgical skills, to restore the memories of the renegade Timelords!
