The crew had to fight it's way through a TARDIS that was unstuck in time/space. Finally they all agrees to risk restoring a previously saved TARDIS configuration, even though they had no idea what might happen. We rejoin them in a restored TARDIS but where and when they are is still a mystery.
The 11th Doctor - [Cody] tall, 6 foot man in his late 50's with gray curls, a wizened face, and sparkling blue eyes. He closely resembles his 4th
incarnation after being aged a bit by time and turmoil.
Ravena Shaw - [Jen] Virginian colonist, granddaughter of a local farmer now deceased. She is unmarried, a woman of 23 thus a spinster (by choice). She
lives on her family farm with her sister-in-law and nephew. Her brother (who owns the farm) is off fighting in Washington's army. Like the women in her
family, she practices the old traditions of home remedies and Irish white witchcraft.
Phineas - (Duncan) - 45, a gray haired (used to be red) scientist who has never undergone regeneration. His blue eyes sees things many of his colleagues don't so he is considered paranoid. A view that isn't hurt by the fact that both his assistants are cousins of his and he can't stand visitors to his lab.
TARDIS passengers of the past - Anyone (or thing) that has ever been inside the TARDIS. Only restraint they can not see any of the present crew unless they are Jamie or Zoe (who were mind wiped) or are about to die (Katerina, Sara, Adric, etc). <Many excellently portrayed by Rob>
Phineas and Ravena are pleased to find themselves back in the old TARDIS console room they have started to accept as home. The Doctor is less pleased as he examines the console monitors. Ravena asks where they are now and the Doctor admits they are nowhere and nowhen as well. It appears they are outside the stream of reality.
Gathering some items from his roll top desk and stuffing them in his pocket, he cautions them not to leave the TARDIS and starts to leave through the upstairs interior door. Phineas reminds the Doctor they have yet to really eat except for some ancient candy Ravena had found. Stopping at the balcony the Doctor worries the railing for a bit before telling them how to find a kitchen but under no circumstances to try and go outside. When pushed the Doctor will only say that he has been here before and that it's dangerous. They attempt to push him on how they can be both outside of time and space and yet be somewhere the Doctor has been before. He only Hrmmpps and leaves.
Phineas and Ravena find a kitchen that would be surplus to the needs of an aircraft carrier. Food lockers over flow with exotic dishes and every type of cooker known to modern man is represented (and a few that aren't).
Opening a bread tin Phineas finds what appears to be a freshly baked loaf still warm from the oven. Ravena questions what magic this is, Phineas explains it's most likely a stasis box designed to look like a 19th century English bread box.
With a few mishaps (have fun) they prepare food and eat ravenously.
The Doctor thoughts drift, he remembers dear Zoe and her sparkly catsuit.
Frowns as he sees Jamie because it's as if he can't place what face should be
his. Finally he finds the wire he was searching for and
snips the lines to the Main Screen in the Console Room.
Ravena and Phineas talk as the finish eating. Then they head for the console room.
Ravena and Phineas return to find the console room empty. Phineas activates the main viewing screen and sees the spires and fields of Minyos 2. He rushes to open the outer doors, Ravena reminds him the Doctor told them not to leave the TARDIS. Phineas says yes, but look where the TARDIS has finally materialized! As he vanishes through the doors Ravena turns to look at the viewing screen, she sees the small brook just down the hill from her cottage and also rushes outside.
The Doctor arrives on the balcony just in time to see Ravena running out.
Once outside they all find themselves in a void, some sort of white fog. The Doctor catches Ravena and tells her they have been tricked. He walks with her till they can barely make out the TARDIS. The Doctor tells Ravena to stay there while he ventures out to find Phineas. The Doctor eases away, when he hears Phineas call out he rushes toward him. Returning first to Ravena then to the TARDIS.
The Doctor brusquely pushes Ravena and Phineas aside and almost pounces on
the console. They surround the console demanding to know what is going on. The
Doctor replies we're leaving before it happens
again.
He activates the time rotor and white blinding light fills their eyes as the console starts to spin and it appears as if the walls of the TARDIS are flung away.
