Axon MonsterAxon in it's natural feeding state. This lifeform can suck the life dry out of a plent or human victim. Bok, gargoyle terroristBok, the gargoyle terrorist of the Daemons Black GuardianBlack Guardian before the change to the New Guardian. A cosmic godlike figure who is the epitome of evil. He vowed vengeance on the 4th Doctor after the timelord foiled his attempt to get the Key to Time.
KrynoidAn aggressive homocidal plant lifeform that grows to 200 feet, can telepathically control plants and consumes humans. ValeyardValyard, the Doctor's evil half created between his 10th and final regeneration. In NA Sim lore, this incarnation is prior to his merging into the New Guardian of Light and Time. DavrosDavros, mad Kaled scientist who's desire for Universal domination  created the ruthless Daleks. Despite being blasted with Dalek guns, cryogenically frozen and supposedly blown to bits he somehow finds a way to keep coming back.

SontaranSontaran, military clone race at constant war with the Rutans. Cosmic bullies who wouldn't mind taking over time. The (3rd) MasterThe Master in his last incarnation when he took over the body of a San Francisco paramedic. Here he shows off his Cecil B. Demile side. As played by Eric Roberts. Master 3 - colorizedAnother version of the 3rd Master colorized and given a haunting effect. As played by Eric Roberts.
The RaniThe Rani, evil timelady with a genius for genetic engineering and time meddling though her thermodynamics need the Doctor's tweaking. She's plagued many Doctors but mostly the 6th, 7th and 10th.

The 2nd MasterThe 2nd Master as played by Anthony Ainley. In this form he took over the body of Tremus (Nyssa's father) and plagued the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Doctors.

The 1st MasterThe 1st Master as played by Roger Delgado. A meglomaniac timelord, mathematical genius and rival of the 3rd Doctor.
Celestial ToymakerThe Celestial Toymaker, a corrupt ruler of a domain outside time and space who exists solely to play games on hapless travellers. He first tripped the 1st Doctor's path but is known to pop up anywhere.

DaemonDaemon, powerful race of empathic beings who fed and nurtured the more brutal aspects of mankind through black magic. Can inflate their size to 80 feet tall. Controller of Bok. Timelord Omega Omega, Gallifrey's Stellar Engineer and mythic creator of the black hole that powers timelord time technology. He was lost in the explosion, went insane and controls an anti-matter universe..
Antimatter creatureAn antimatter creature with special shield properties that allow it to be present in the world of matter. A creation of Omega. Destroyer The Destroyer, Morgaine's pet demon that can only be contained with pure silver. Morgaine Morgaine, sorceress from the alter-universe world of Camelot. As played by Jean Marsh.
Mordred Mordred, bastard son of Morgaine and Arthur, leader of his mother's army. Mordred Mordred, bastard son of Morgaine. Morgaine summoning Morgaine, sorceress from Camelot, in the act of summoning her dark magic.
Mystical Knight Mystical Camelot Knight in service to Morgaine and Mordred.
