Raso is a full functionail artificially intelligent hologram created in perpetuity to tend
the establishment. In life, he was a catankerous human with possible shady connections. On
his death, his personality print was chosen by the Guardian and Council of Time to provide
a human face for the vortex bar. He's known to sometimes treat the customers rudely
(especially if they've gotten too rowdy) and gripe about the proprietors' many rules, but
he's fairly loyal to his post. The ongoing battle he has with the proprietors is the
acceptable ratio of water to potent alcohol in the bar's acclaimed gargleblasters.

Formerly a human companion of the 10th Doctor, she came from 20th century Earth but now
makes her home 31st century Mirabilis. She is married to Alex and is the adopted mother of
the Celestine children. Through her many adventures in time with the Doctor she
encountered a powerful evil entity known as the Enigma. These encounters heightened her
awareness of her latent psychic abilities. As was decided and destined by the Council of
Time, she has become the Celestine children's Sage (teacher). She is an empath with a
profound ability to transmit thoughts and feelings across great distances, even time. She
has a strong mental bond with her husband and a stronger one with the Celestines. She
carries inside her the knowledge that her empathic skills are a morbid gift left from her
possession by the Enigma. She once terrified and tortured the citizens of Mirabilis and
threatened time itself as the inhuman Enigma Queen. She has vowed to use her life and her
power for the sake of good and for the integrity of eternity. To help her fulfill her
pledge, the Angels of Time decreed that she and her husband would be entrusted with
protecting the power of the new sentient Interdimensional Nexus. As co-proprietor she is
to see that the Trap remains a place of temporal learning and eternal understanding.
Originated and played by David Sharpe
Formerly a soldier in the 30th century Hegemonic guard, he left his time to travel with
the Doctor and Brogan. Along the way he fell in love and found something more honorable to
fight for than a promotion. He returned to time a generation after he left, but has easily
settled into life on multi-cultural Mirabilis. He was voted Director of the Ruling Council
of Mirabilis and guides the non-zoners with his stable wisdom and strong morals. In the
Trap, however his sense of adventure and desire for heroic acts gets plenty of action. He
is a co-proprietor of the Time Trap Bar along with his wife, Brogan. He is also an
attentive father figure to the Celestine children.

There are dozens of these celestial beings, but four are the most named. Kyra and Tarae
are sisters. Kyra is known for being the first Celestine Savage to understand human
speech. Tarae followed closely behind, but she has a tendency for impetuousness. Aruna is
the eldest of the boys, destined for greatness and has a strong sense of independence.
Samtec is the only Savage with red hair and freckles. He's not the youngest boy, but he is
the most prone to mischief.
All appear in their natural state as part wolf, bird and human (wolfbird). The girls tend to have whiter feathers or fur and the boys prefer pouncing like their four-legged cat friends on Mirabilis. They are in actuality energy creatures who simulate a mortal presence with their thoughts and emotions. Unskilled, they can not control their morphing and will resort to animalistic behaviors. As they learn to control their natural abilities, they will be able to morph at will and transform themselves for travel into the time stream. They are the semi-mortal descendents of the Angels of Time. Their mortalness comes at a price though. The stronger they become at control their world via thoughts the more dependent they become on empathic telepathy. Out of control, they can go insane and literally feed on souls time and time itself.

A multidimensional, multiuniversal entity that is the physical embodiment of the gateway
across time. He speaks in riddles, wears jet black and mirrored shades. His visits are
frequent to the Trap, but his purpose not always clear. Sometimes he is a friend and other
times time is just not important on the scheme of things.

A timelady who graduated from the Academy with a Triple First. She was recruited to help
the 4th Doctor reassemble the Key To Time. Due to this corrupting experience of leaving
the dusty Gallifreyan archives to wander thru time and space Romana abandoned Gallifrey
altogether. She now travels in her own TARDIS, built with the help of K9 mk 2 and the
Tharils. She discovered the bar on a recent meandering and makes it her weekly stopover to
gossip and go on the Time Tours.

employed the 3rd Doctor as his unpaid Scientific Advisor. While investigating some of the
Doctor's gadgets strewn about the UNIT HQ lab, he found himself whisked to the Time Trap
